Steve Irons, CEO
Steve Irons is the CEO and owner of DocSolid. DocSolid is the third document imaging venture Steve has founded – and all three continue to thrive. Steve is an entrepreneur, an innovator, and a fascinated student of the intersection of paper and people. His 29 years of experience in solving paper management problems date back to the days of microfilm, then advance through the early document scanning systems, to today’s most advanced integrated capture.
Steve started and ran Image Choice (now enChoice), an IBM-Filenet systems integrator. He then founded and served as CEO at ImageTag, Inc. At ImageTag, Steve created the unique KwikTag® software platform from an idea that integrated document imaging should be universal. KwikTag software is now in use at more than 1,000 customers. A holder of 12 US patents, Steve’s energy has generated partnerships with hundreds of VARs, and corporate ventures with HP, 3M and Iron Mountain. As CEO of DocSolid, Steve sets the vision and the plan, then builds the team of people and solutions to make it happen.
Steve is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Northern Arizona University, where he majored in English, Creative Writing. He spends his spare time (whatever that is) with his partner Nadya, son Justin, and daughter Damali. Then, in his other spare time, Steve is into fitness, writing, and entrepreneurship.
Anthony Argenziano, Chief Technology Officer
Anthony Argenziano is an entrepreneur and start-up executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He has provided technology, product, and operational leadership that has delivered success at both start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations, including leadership positions with eBay and Amazon.
Anthony’s executive leadership guided the creation of DocSolid’s solutions. He is tenacious in his ability and drive to execute a vision and plan. He excels at building and refining teams and operates with high quality standards. Anthony specializes in creating and implementing high-performance strategies that directly impact growth and profitability of technology companies.
Anthony has an undergraduate degree in Management from Ottawa University and a MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State. In his spare time, Anthony trains for and competes in Triathlons, having completed Ironman and other endurance sport races in Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Utah.
David Guilbault, Vice President, Customer Success
In his role as DocSolid’s VP of Customer Success, David Guilbault provides strategic vision and management for customer facing operations, as well as serving on the executive staff. Dave’s leadership and insight helps steer the company with a singular focus: making customers successful. With more than two decades in technical sales, systems engineering and product management, David has invaluable expertise in helping customers achieve defined business goals with Paper2Digital solutions
Dave comes to DocSolid from ImageTag, where he led product management and spearheaded the design and development of its industry-leading paper capture solution, KwikTag. He advanced to Vice President, Customer Care, and managed ImageTag’s customer-facing programs including customer loyalty, education and professional services. These programs were the drivers of the customer relationship, leveraging Dave’s ability to tune technology against customer needs. Prior to joining ImageTag, David spent eight years with Xerox in systems analysis and technical sales. This tenure provided a unique perspective on users’ interaction with documents and devices in large organizations.
David is a U.S. patent holder with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine. As a French-Canadian Mexican, Dave is very interested in immigration reform and politics in general. He is an Army Veteran and loves gadgets, golf, and getting away with his wife Bonnie.
Eric Lynn, Consulting Director
Eric Lynn is DocSolid’s Consulting Director. He runs DocSolid’s Consulting Practice, designing, collaborating and enabling Paper2Digital enterprise projects, and coordinating the DocSolid team. Ultimately, Eric’s job is to make customers successful. Eric is all about customers, and making a Paper2Digital solution work for them. His on-the-ground experience in this realm is unmatched. In addition to running consulting, he brings his notes and participates in the product management team. Previously for DocSolid, he ran product development and customer support.
Eric is a founding team member of DocSolid, and a shareholder. He came to DocSolid from ImageTag, where he and his DocSolid colleagues invented and popularized the KwikTag solution. In is 9 years at ImageTag, Eric served as the manager of support, and then professional services. He has been on site at hundreds of KwikTag and KwikTag Legal customers. Prior to ImageTag, Eric built software solutions for numerous USAid projects in Eastern Europe. Eric has a degree in Architecture from Lehigh University and an Information Governance Professional certification from ARMA International. He and his wife Wendy collect Lancia & Fiat automobiles and enjoy traveling to procure and show them. Eric is fluent in Italian and will tell you, “Non ti perdere in un bicchier d’acqua.” (don’t make a mountain out of a molehill)
Dale Shoup, Director of Software Development
Dale runs DocSolid’s software development and maintenance crew. His experience with software development, management of development teams, and the KwikTag Legal and Airmail2 platforms make him ideally suited for this position. Previously with DocSolid, Dale played a leadership role on the development team for DocSolid’s KwikTag Legal platform.
Dale began system development on Wang systems in 1973, with an emphasis on structural engineering, design and estimating applications for prefabricated metal buildings. He then started his own business in Sacramento as a value added reseller for Wang Systems, selling custom applications to government, medical, legal and wholesale distribution markets. He went on to become VP of Development for Intrix Systems Group, managing a team of over 20 developers in Sacramento and India, for an ERP customer base that exceeded 600 installations.
Dale studied architectural engineering and design. He is an avid club racer, and he has a vintage Fiat X1/9 road race car that he ‘campaigns’ regularly. He enjoys working on and developing the car almost as much as driving and racing it. Does that make him a ‘tinkerer’?
Kent Henderson, Sales Director
Kent’s 25+ years in business have made him a working-man’s thought-leader in the art of solving customer problems, running sales organizations, and hooking up company strategy to marketplace needs. He began his career in the business forms industry, impacting paper-centric processes in law firms before digital record keeping existed. Prior to joining DocSolid, Kent spent 12 years at Cisco where held key sales and channels positions nationally and globally. Most recently he developed global go-to-market strategy within Cisco’s $4 billion collaboration business, building the road-map for process-change consulting. Kent is credited with pioneering one of the industry’s first SaaS channel programs following Cisco’s acquisition of WebEx. Before Cisco, Kent was a sales director at technology reseller Insight, where he built a 150-person sales organization from scratch for IBM’s personal systems group.
Kent graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and holds a Stanford Advanced Program Manager certification. His passion is in optimizing his health in search of his lifelong goal, a 100th birthday.
Madie Alkilhlil, Sales Director
Stockpiling 26 years of document design and data management solutions within the legal sector, Madie has an in-depth understanding of the way in which law firms manage their documents throughout the case cycle. Madie spent over fourteen years partnering with law firms to implement best practices in document production and document management. Then, prior to joining Docsolid, she worked as a Legal Technology Strategist consulting with legal clients to improve their document technology infrastructure.
Madie graduated from the University of Oklahoma and is currently finishing a Masters of Science in FST and Data Analytics. Madielene is passionate about empowering young girls / women to effect change in the world. She speaks 9 languages, has 4 dogs, and one fiancé.
