Customer Care Program
The DocSolid Customer Care Program works with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure the value of their solution. Customer Care bridges the gaps from Requirements to System Implementation to Software & Maintenance by using a scheduled, structured sequence of follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Our goal is for your system to quickly progress from “installed” to a steady state of “optimized,” maximizing your use and your return on investment (ROI).
The process starts with the Go-live Checklist, followed by a call from a Customer Care Representative with an overview of the program, and progresses to a scheduled 90-day implementation assessment and yearly scheduled reviews. The DocSolid Customer Care Program is available as part of the standard DocSolid Support Agreement.
