In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with the data we obtain about you via DocSolid’s website(s). It is our objective to comply with the requirements of GDPR and other relevant privacy legislation with a commitment to the following priorities:
- We clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this by means of this privacy statement;
- We aim to limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data required for legitimate purposes;
- We first request your explicit consent to process your personal data in cases requiring your consent;
- We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and also require this from parties that process personal data on our behalf;

Personal data collected from our website includes; Name, Title/Role, Company Name, Email Address and Phone Number. Website cookies or forms collect additional technical data including IP address, time/date of visit, pages visited and links clicked.
We do not collect any sensitive personal data such as social security numbers or date of birth.
The DocSolid Store is a separate subdomain, https://store.docsolid.com where additional data may be collected as needed to process online orders including credit card information. Customers who shop at store.docsolid.com may optionally setup an online account for ordering supplies. This data is securely stored by BigCommerce, a 3rd party vendor contracted by DocSolid for the purpose of hosting the online store website.
Personal data can be collected/generated from the technical processes needed to enable DocSolid’s customer experience including contact forms, cookies, 3rd party embeds and analytics on:

We collect connectivity, technical and aggregated usage data as part of the provision of our services. This includes data such as IP addresses, non-identifying data regarding a device, operating system, browser version, locale and language settings, the cookies and pixels installed on such device, session logging, referring or exit pages, and date/time stamps, and the activity including clicks, browsing, and other interactions.

How we protect your data
DocSolid’s website(s) use secure socket layer SSL encryption. A digital certificate keeps information private as it is sent to, or from, the website using SHA-256 with the RSA Encryption algorithm.
