The system automatically checks that every document and page gets processed in NetDocuments. Profiling, scanning and QC work are separated so that clerical staff can do most of the work. Scan to email and other practice workflows, including post-scan disposition of the paper, are all orchestrated in one simple process.

  • Scanback® for walk-up convenience scanning that works with any multi-function copier. Users can login at the machine or use a Postmark® stamp or eCover cover sheet. Everything else is automatic. Email delivery can use attachments or links to the stored images.

  • Integrates with Aderant and Elite 3E accounting and other business software, or use the native scan repository with customized file and retrieve interfaces.

  • Mailman (mail manager) is the enterprise image processing system monitoring every scan job for optimized throughput with statistics and reports.

  • QC (quality control) tracks all paper and images through the process, establishes a quality assurance workflow, and ensures confident shredding or retention based on the disposition policy for each document.
