DocSolid Expands into the Corporate Legal Market with Addition of Key New Clients 

PHOENIX – Aug. 22, 2012 – DocSolid, a leader in document scanning solutions for the legal market, today announced that its enterprise scanning solution KwikTag Legal has been implemented in both Prudential and Barclays UK corporate legal departments. These new implementations underscore the fact that law departments are addressing the need to bring efficiency, cost savings and the right technology to improve internal scanning and paper management initiatives.

At Prudential, attorneys and staff can use KwikTag Legal for productive self-scanning of small jobs directly into the Autonomy iManage Document Management System (DMS). Larger scan jobs can be sent to the office services center, which is managed by Ricoh. KwikTag’s patented tagging method means each job sent to Ricoh office services is bar coded for automatic scan workflow processing. The Ricoh staff provides the labor and expertise to manage centralized KwikTag Legal operations. Large individual jobs, backfile conversions, and post-scan paper retirement are services that can be absorbed by the Ricoh staff.

This has marked a year of growth for DocSolid. DocSolid Partnership with Worldox Increases Client Base 

PHOENIX – Aug. 22, 2012 – DocSolid, a leader in document scanning solutions for the legal market, today announced that its partnership with Worldox/World Software Corporation has yielded two new clients for the company: Edward M Bernstein & Associates and Olinsky Law Group. The new clients speak to the fact that mid-sized law firms are rapidly maturing in their use of document management systems (DMS), which amplifies the need to add integrated document scanning. Addition supports high growth of the Phoenix-based software company
